As you sit down this evening to read this lovely Weekly Cheese, you may ask: Is it Christmas in July? Have I been given such gifts from the good old Saint Nick? And my answer to you would be thus: Believe what you want, and do what you want (legally, of course). We have but one life to live, so get out there and live it.

Speaking of living, the 3rd Shift Studios team has been doing much of it! We’ve been heads down on several initiatives on the good ship afflicted, so let’s take a look:
Ryan
Got the projectile system back in.
Working on Entity Database.
Got a separate project with all our graphics assets so we don’t bloat the project with BS.
Animation work so reloads don’t lock up.
So much fking cold brew dude idk like 20? (Ryan’s words)

Progress on the recipe list: Tier 2 edition, is moving along at a medium pace.
Got the creative boys goin on icons and models.
Creating some potential OST content with the help of my new favorite virtual assistant.
Daniel
Camera transitions and room navigation is working again for the Fusion 2.0 conversion.
Arcade leaderboard is also implemented (with the sick animation btw), still need to get Rhythm Rally in.
Changing room logic working again. Need to set up skin data so that master cheese can save briech (please laugh).
Added super class for all future interactable objects in the bunker to inherit from.
Looking into redesigning the rooms in the bunker as well as the navigation logic going forth. Let me cook.

Yes, yes, I know. You’re expecting a well thought-out conclusion to put your mind at ease. I mean, realistically, who doesn’t? Well, not everybody gets a nice conclusion. Just look at Igon. The man had to literally die and offer up his soul at the mere chance of Bayle’s defeat. Crazy.
